General Comp Information

The compensation program, also called "comp program" is a feature that awards you and it's based your actual bets in the casino. The program is point based, i.e. you are awarded a predefined amount of points for every $10 bet in the casino. All points you collect will be awarded instantly and will be issued only on real money bets, and not on your Bonus money bets.

Later, the points will be converted into real money using a factor of 100 to 1. This action is triggered automatically on the 15th every month or at your request. The amount gained will be credited on your account as real money and you can withdraw it. Your points are converted in units of 100 points, however if you have gained less than 100 points, then the points are transferred to next month. Amounts of less than 100 points are left on the collected points list.

To find this new feature, please, click the "Comp Program" button in the Lobby/Main window.

This shows a new window where a table with the current collected Comp Program Points can be viewed. It also shows from which games the different points originate and what factor each game provides.

At the bottom of this window there are four buttons.

• History
• Convert
• Help
• Exit

The "History" button opens another window, displaying the previous Comp Program point conversions. The table in this window shows the date for each conversion, the summarized points, and the amount that was credited on your account.

The "Exit History" button closes the "History" window and the "Comp Program" window is displayed again.

The "Convert" button converts the current collected points to real money and credits the amount to your account. This action is also triggered automatically on the 15th every month. Amounts less than 100 points are left on the collected points list.

The "Help" button opens a new web browser window where this file is displayed.

The "Exit" button closes the "Comp Program" window.
