You have to download the client application in order to participate in the games offered by PrestigeCasino. 6 Any applicable taxes and fees in connection with any awarded prize are the sole responsibility of Player. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for any other prize.

7 Player's participation in the Games is personal and not professional.

8 User acknowledges that full freedom from errors or incompleteness is impossible to achieve with respect to computer software. Should User become aware that the software contains such error or incompleteness. User undertakes to refrain from taking any advantage whatsoever thereof. Moreover, promptly upon becoming aware of such error or incompleteness User shall notify the Company in writing.
Should User fail to fulfil his undertakings under this Clause, the Company, or anyone appointed by the Company, shall be entitled to full compensation for all costs, including costs for rectifying the software, that may be referred to the error or incompleteness in question and Users omission to notify the Company.

9 To maintain a high level of security to protect the User's funds, the Company performs random security checks. The User hereby accepts that the Company maintains the right to demand additional documentation in order to verify the User as the cardholder in the event of a security check.

10 Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Games, prizes, web site, client application, PrestigeCasino, Boss Casinos Ltd., and/or Webdollar Ltd. shall be governed by the laws of Curacao, excluding choice of law principles.

11 Only one Real Account per Player, per household, address, e-mail address, credit card number, bank account.
Should Player wish to open more than one account, Player must contact PrestigeCasino and seek pre-approval.

12 While PrestigeCasino protects all personal data entrusted to us, we reserve the right to use nicknames in any Casino announcement about promotion results or in case of winnings worthy of publicity.

13 Only the original account holder is granted winnings, no transference is allowed. Any account that violates this term will be void and only the original deposited amount shall be returned.

Accounts, Wagering & Bonuses

1 Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for any other prize.

2 If Player already has multiple accounts, Player is NOT eligible for multiple promotional bonuses in Players additional accounts. Any Player attempting to claim multiple promotional bonuses for which Player are not eligible will have his/her account closed and any winnings on all his/her accounts will be null and void.
