I am trying to connect to the casino and I get an error message which says
"you have not logged on to the casino". This occurs when a user name
and / or password is typed incorrectly. Please make sure to enter your user
name and password correctly and in uppercase letters. If you feel that you

I am trying to connect to the casino and I get an error message which says
that my "account has been locked out by the system". As a security
feature our system will automatically lock your account if your user name and
/ or password is entered incorrectly three times. In order to have your

"cannot find windsock.dll / socket has been lost". This message
signifies that you have lost your connection with your Internet Service
Provider to the internet. First re-establish the connection with your Internet
Service Provider and then reconnect to the casino server. The casino server
will automatically refresh your last position before the lost connection.
I am trying to connect to the casino and I get a message which says
"connecting to host". This is a caused when a player is not
connected to the internet or has a bad connection to the internet. Please make

How do I purchase casino chips? All casino chip purchases occur on the
casino.intertops.com website. Once you enter the casino website, you will see

How many decks of cards are used for Intertops Blackjack, Deuces Wild and
Jacks or Better? One deck of cards is used and it is shuffled after every
hand. With an average payout percentage of more than 98%, our casino has
better odds for the player than any land or internet based casino in the
world.
Can I adjust the minimum and maximum bet per game? Yes, in the upper left
corner of each game you can click on the 'spreads' options and adjust the
credit range you wish to play in. For each game there is a different minimum
and maximum bet determined by Intertops and these amounts are located in the

GENERAL CASINO RULES
1. The Intertops Casino is located in Antigua, Caribbean as such all
contracts, bets, and wagers shall be deemed to have occurred in Antigua.
2. The legal betting age in Antigua is 18 (eighteen).
3. Players should consult their local laws, as to whether or not placing a
wager on-line is an illegal activity for the player in the player's
jurisdiction.
4. The Intertops Casino is a real money casino. Therefore the player's
winnings and losses are in a real currency depending on the selected currency
of the player account. If you wish to play the games for fun, you can open a

5. All casino games are monitored by Intertops, at all times. As such
Intertops has the ability to track, and review each hand/roll/slot pull/spin
